Samuel Ajayi, Supreme Head of the Cherubim and Seraphim Agbojesu Conference Worldwide, has urged Nigerians to remain committed to praying for the country, emphasizing that the nation’s challenges can be overcome through faith and prayer.
Speaking at the church’s Annual General Convention in Oyo State, Ajayi highlighted that Nigeria’s socio-economic issues require both physical strategies and spiritual intervention.
“While physical solutions are necessary to address the nation’s challenges, we must continue praying for its progress. We must also pray for the wisdom and fear of God to guide our leaders. They need our spiritual support in these critical times,” he said.
Ajayi likened Nigeria’s current struggles to the hardships faced by the Israelites in the Bible, noting, “During their time, everything seemed impossible, but God intervened, and their situation changed. God will do the same for Nigeria.”
