Big Brother Naija power couple Tope Adenibuyan (popularly known as Teddy A) and Bamike Adenibuyan (Bambam) have ignited fresh concerns about the state of their marriage after observant fans noticed that the pair no longer follow each other on Instagram.
The social media development has fûëled lingering speculation that their over five-year-old marriage may be facing challenges. Rumœurs first surfaced in December 2025, when both reality stars shared separate Christmas photoshoots, prompting online conversations about potential trouble in paradise.
Though neither Teddy A nor Bambam has publicly addressed the latest Instagram activity, the unfollowing has placed their relationship under renewed public scrutiny.
The couple first met during the 2018 edition of BBNaija and tied the knot in 2019 in Dubai. In an interview with PUNCH Online in August 2019, Bambam revealed that her relationship with Teddy A began unexpectedly. She said: “It started as a game. I didn’t even know it would become something serious. It wasn’t part of my plan to fall in love in the house, but I guess everything happened according to fate.”

The renewed rumours also come shortly after Teddy A addressed past domestic abuse allegations that once trailed their marriage. According to him, the claims that he physically abused his wife, even during pregnancy—caught the couple completely off guard. He explained that he initially chose to remain silent on the advice of his manager, hoping the controversy would fade.
