A Nigerian man shared a chilling beach encounter, claiming that after tossing a ₦200 note into the water, a wave mysteriously returned a red apple to him—only to come back with bite marks.
In a viral post on X (formerly Twitter), he recounted visiting the beach with two friends around 10 PM. He tossed ₦200 into the water, and moments later, a wave brought a red apple to his feet. He picked it up, threw it back, but when it returned, it had a deep bite mark. Shocked, he threw it again, only for it to return with another bite.
When one of his friends tried the same, throwing the apple into the water, it didn’t return.
Disturbed by the experience, he posted on social media seeking explanations:
“I went to the beach with two of my friends around 10 PM. We were cruising and playing around until I threw ₦200 into the water. There was a little wave, and then the water brought a red apple to my front. I picked the apple and threw it back in. The water brought it back, but this time, there was a deep bite on the apple. I threw it again, and the apple returned with another bite. Omo, I was shocked. One of my friends threw the apple into the water, and it didn’t come back. Anybody with wide knowledge about water should explain this because omo.”
