A family has announced the burial arrangements for Felix Echezona, a Nigerian man who was tragically shot and killed in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on January 12, 2025.
His remains have been repatriated to Nigeria and are currently at the Bishop Shanahan Hospital Mortuary in Nsukka.
Felix will be laid to rest on Saturday, March 15, 2025, in his hometown of Umuida community, Enugu Ezike, Igbo-Eze North Local Government Area of Enugu State. The burial will follow a Requiem Mass at St. Theresa’s Catholic Parish, Umuoshene, Umuida.
The family invites friends and well-wishers to join them in honoring his memory.
