Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has taken to social media to plead with men to stop sending her marriage proposals following the circulation of a recent video featuring her.
The 37-year-old actress, who has been single since her separation from influencer Xxssive last year, expressed frustration on Tuesday over the overwhelming number of messages flooding her WhatsApp and Facebook accounts. According to her, the proposals have continued nonstop despite efforts to block contacts, archive chats, and even disable incoming calls.
Visibly exhausted, Nkechi asked fans and admirers to stop reaching out to her personal number, explaining that the constant messages have become overwhelming and intrusive.
The video has since sparked mixed reactions online. While some viewers dismissed the situation as a bid for attention, others responded with humor, suggesting the proposals might not be as serious as they sound. A number of sympathizers, however, advised the actress to remove her phone number from public platforms to regain her privacy.
