President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has granted approval for the establishment of 11 new private universities across Nigeria. This decision was made during the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting held on Monday, March 3, 2025.
The approval aims to expand access to quality higher education and support the growing demand for university admissions in the country.
